Refund Policy
Having said that, due to the intimate nature of our products all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any merchandise unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.
What to include in the Refund Policy
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at prettypolephiness@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
